The person who would be seeing and potentially renting the place (the main tenant) is a very clean, quiet, friendly and responsible Japanese adult female who recently came from Japan to attend school and work for the next year and a half in Vancouver, but we have plans to stay in Canada indefinitely (I’m Canadian).
Like her, I too am a very friendly, clean, quiet and responsible individual who would very much be sure to keep your place in the exact condition we rented it in. :)
We’re both non-smokers and don’t do drugs of any kind.
Here is what we’re looking for:
1) Being in a homestay where we are the only tenants versus renting with additional people.
2) We’re looking to rent from a ‘female’ homestay parent / landlord ONLY. (No male or landlord couples) (we’re super friendly and normal) 😌
3) We’re very friendly and sociable, but at the same time, we cherish our independency and basically doing our own thing. 😄
4) We don’t need meals and totally look after our own entertainment (seeing the city, etc.)
I have a few questions:
My questions are as follows:
1) Are in-house laundry facilities provided? Possible to use the laundry daily (Japanese usually do)? (We’re more than happy to pay for any extra costs)
2) Is there WiFi? (I’m doing stuff)
