The home is only a 6-7 minutes away by bus to the nearest skytrain station.
From there Vancouver can easily be access via skytrain line in 40 minutes.
The home is located in a residential area and not very far from the main highway. Multiple bus stops are in close proximity which takes you to the major skytrain station.
Restaurants & grocery stores are also in close proximity.
