Furnished private room, suitable for single students, available from Dec. 1st, 2024

Room condition: South-facing room on the second floor with individual washroom, warm, clean, sunny, facing the front yard garden with great views. All roommate are females.

Furniture provided: Bed and bed&bedding, bedside chest of drawers，wardrobe, table and chair, plates and bowls, cooking utensils. Just move in with your bags.

Security: This House has a set of 4 security cameras installed in the front and backyard to monitor the surrounding situation at all times to ensure everyone's safety.

The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, gas, heating, internet.

Location: Hastings-sunrise area. Quiet community, near PNE, very close to banks, post offices, libraries, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, bus stops, etc. are readily available.

Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.

Super spacious and bright single room, suitable for single boys, available from Dec. 1st, 2024

Long-term or short-term rental is fine. Short-term rental (less than one month, calculated by day) $980/month, short-term rental (2-3 months) $900/month, long-term rental $850/month (more than 3 months)

Room conditions: very spacious and bright private single room (enclosed by room dividers into a private room that can be locked) on the ground floor, with large windows, bed & bedding, table, chair, clothing rack, drawer chest, and simple kitchen utensils. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, heating, internet.

Location: Quiet hasting sunrise community, very close to bus stops, coffee shop, banks, post office, library, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, etc.

Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, about 25mins to Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.

Room #3:
South-facing Large furnished room for single students (1-2 persons), available from Dec. 16th, 2024

Room condition: large furnished room on the ground floor, private bathroom, large window, good light, front yard garden outside the window, with bed and bedding, desk and chair, big wardrobe, drawer chest, cooking utensils, etc. Just move in with your bags.

The monthly rent $1150 for 1 person ($1500 for 2 persons) includes all expenses such as water, electricity, gas, heating, internet, garbage disposal fee etc.

Location: Hastings-sunrise area. Quiet community, very close(3 minutes walk) to banks, post offices, libraries, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, bus stops, etc. are readily available.
