My newly renovated home is located in a safe family neighborhood close to the beautiful White Rock beaches. I am a friendly, caring, positive, educated semi-retired woman with a family of quiet and shy Siamese cats. My adult son and daughter-in-law live in a separate suite downstairs. They have two adorable pugs.
ABOUT THE SPACE
The guest bedroom has a single bed, west-facing window, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, internet, computer monitor, fan, hangers, bed linens and towels, and full height mirror. It includes the use of a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
The rate includes use of provided ingredients for making your own meals. The shared kitchen is stocked with provided food staples, such as milk, eggs, cereal, bread, pasta, canned and frozen goods, cooking and baking ingredients. Shared appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher, air-frier, bread maker, food processor, Kitchen Aid mixer, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.
Feel free to cook and bake, use the dining areas, crafts room, living room with wide-screen Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney+), laundry (washer/dryer/soap), backyard or front porch with outdoor seating areas, and parking for one vehicle.

Bus stops are only a few minutes walk down the road. Downtown Vancouver is a 50-minute public transit ride away.
